Rosie & Rob’s Unforgettable Wedding Day

It’s hard to believe that a year has already passed since the beautiful union of Rosie and Rob on May 27, 2023. As their wedding florist, I am delighted to reminisce about the magical day that took place at St Peter's Church in Pedmore, Stourbridge, followed by a charming tipi reception at Rosie's family home. It was one of the hottest days of the year, but the warmth of the sun was matched only by the love and joy that filled the air.

The Church Ceremony: A Floral Dream

The wedding day began at the picturesque St Peter's Church, a venue that exudes timeless elegance. The entrance of the church was transformed into a floral wonderland with a stunning broken arch. This breathtaking structure, crafted from seasonal foliage, garden roses, and peonies, framed the doorway, welcoming guests with a burst of natural beauty.

Inside the church, the floral arrangements continued to captivate. At the top of the wedding aisle, two large rustic milk churns overflowed with a lush assortment of delphiniums, garden roses, peonies, astrantia, campanula and ruscus. These arrangements added a rustic charm and an air of romance to the sacred space where Rosie and Rob exchanged their vows.

The Reception: A Tipi Garden Party

After the heartfelt ceremony, guests were invited to Rosie's family home for a delightful tipi garden party. The reception was a perfect blend of elegance and natural beauty, with a mix of textured foliage and dried flowers meticulously arranged along the trestle tables to enhance the venue’s enchanting atmosphere.
